Answers to common questions

No. All tickets must be pre purchased before the event. You will be asked to pick your day and time slot you would like to arrive. You may arrive up to 20 minutes before your allocated window.

Printing at home is recommended. But if you have your smart phone, we can also scan them at the ticket booth.

If you purchased tickets for a date that you are not able to attend, your ticket will be honored for any other day we are open. If you’re running late we will put you into the next time slot. We will not turn you away, you will get in. If you have other ticket related issues, email us at [email protected]

Sorry, no. Since this event is not aimed at young children, that is not something we offer. We do offer a 4 pack of GA tickets to be used with small groups or families, this does include a small discount.

We have a ‘No Refunds’ policy.  You came to a haunted house to be scared, we did our job, therefor there is no reason for a refund.  If you buy a ticket but chicken out before entering the haunts, (it happens, a lot) your ticket can be used for entry another day.

We have plenty of parking. There is a $5 parking fee collected at the gate. Cash Only please.

All tickets are reservation only, and the amount of tickets available is the same each time block, so it really shouldn’t matter. This event will most likely sell out many of the nights, so as long as you have a ticket, you’re good to go!

Yes, our haunts are very scary. We love the sound of your screams!

Most everyone!  Some aspects of our show are extremely scary, so children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult if they are going into our haunted houses.  You will know your children best. Use common sense, please.  Our actors will give the same level of scares to all ages.

You will be exposed to intense scenes, loud noises, fog machines, air blasts, strobe/flickering lights, and extended periods in total darkness.  Heartstoppers is not recommended for pregnant women, persons with heart, back or breathing problems, persons prone to seizures, young children, or cry babies!

There will be no tickets sold on site, get your tickets early to get the good spots. Try to arrive at the beginning of your time block. If you’re running late, no worries, we will put you into the next group. If you’re arriving after the last time block, save them for another night, we will honor it.

You may be on site for around 60-90 min, depending on crowds.

No, Social Distancing will be in effect.

Yes, we sell non-alcoholic sodas and water to enjoy before or after the haunt.

Yes, but please no high heels or open toed shoes. And a halloween mask is not a Covid mask, so that doesn’t count.

Yes, rain or shine.  The majority of our haunts are inside and covered, we can handle a little rain, but feel free to bring an umbrella for the queue lines.
In the rare case where there is a dangerous storm and we deem it unsafe to be outside, tickets will be transferable to a different day.
