No. All tickets are the same price.

You do not need to print your tickets. If you have a smartphone, we can scan the tickets from your phone. (Please turn up the brightness on your phone)

Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express at our on-site box office.

All of our haunts are accessible and while we do our best to accommodate all guests, our attraction does include dark, tight spaces that can affect the experience for some customers. We offer bypasses for these sections, so please ask our event staff for the Safety & Surveillance team upon your arrival and we will help you make the most of your experience.

There is no age requirement. The experience is not recommended for small children, toddlers, or babies. However, due to the graphic nature of the event, we suggest limiting entry to guests aged 12+.

We do not recommend that pregnant women attend the show. If you have questions, please reach out to your OBGYN.

We do not recommend that people with asthma attend the show. If you have asthma or any other medical concerns, we suggest you consult with your physician before attending one of our attractions.

No. We update characters and attractions each year. If there are audience favorites from past years, we may incorporate these areas into the new floor plan.

No, we do not allow weapons of any kind on the premises.

The queue is both indoor and outdoor. Our attractions are rain or shine so please dress appropriately.

There is plenty of FREE street parking in the area, as well as a paid on-site parking lot. Please be respectful of neighboring businesses and be aware of all posted parking and no parking signage.

Wait times vary throughout the season. During September and on many weekdays, the wait is usually very short. As it gets closer to Halloween, specifically on a Friday or Saturday night, the wait can be much longer.

To limit your time waiting in line, consider our Fast Pass or Skip the Line ticket upgrade options.

If you become too frightened, try to remain calm and find the nearest actor in the room and they will escort you outside.

Only small bags and clutches not exceeding 4.5″x6.5’” will be allowed, other bags should be left in your vehicle or at home.

No. Each ticket allows one trip through the attraction(s). If you’d like to experience something again, please buy another ticket.

Yes, we have many strobe lights and fog throughout the show. We do not recommend that people with Epilepsy participate. We also do not recommend that people with asthma, heart issues, or pregnant women attend. If you have further questions, please consult with your physician.

No, actors will not touch you and we also ask you not to touch the actors.

Yes. We work hard to ensure the safety of all our guests. As a result, we require each person to pass through our security screening before they enter. Please arrive prior to your ticket time to allow time for the security screening process. Everyone will need to go through a security checkpoint.

Yes, our attractions are rain or shine. Please dress appropriately. Part of the line may be outdoors, however, the haunted house is indoors.

We welcome costumes but do not allow full-face masks/make-up or props of any kind. If you must paint your face, we ask that you remain recognizable enough to match the likeness on your identification card. You must not interact with other guests as one of our cast members. If our security team does not recognize you as a guest, you may be asked to remove your makeup.

Yes. We do not allow foul language, obscene behavior, weapons, alcohol, drugs, or any other illicit objects. Thirteenth Floor and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse admittance to anybody for any reason.

We recommend monitoring the weather and dressing accordingly as much of the experience requires being outdoors. Closed-toe shoes are recommended and offensive clothing with obscene language is not permitted.

As a kid, it’s hard to escape the fear of something under the bed or in the closet. Everything is always scarier in the dark. But, what if he was real? The monster in the dark, the boogeyman. What if the belief in him is what makes him real? What if generations of past were telling the truth of these monsters, and no one believed us? This is the tale of the Jensen’s family massacre on Blackthorn Drive.

The Spirit of Halloween

With summers end, as the leaves turn brown it is said the veil between the living and the dead is at its thinnest. The witch of the woods has cast her spell to summon the spirits of the underworld to cross over and assimilate into form using various objects found among town including decorations used for celebrating Halloween. Dazed within the spell cast upon them, the Witch commands her army of crops and flesh to seek revenge on the people that have casted her out.

Concessions will be available at our on-site bar. Our 21+ patrons can enjoy spooky libations at the Bar 13 before or after experiencing the haunted house!

Mini Escape Games, Interactive Experience

Mini Escape Fames are a fully interactive and immersive experience unlike anything you have ever done before! Race the clock: Your group enters a room and has only 5 minutes to use clues and riddles hidden throughout the room that provide the tool necessary to meet the objective. As the clock ticks down and the pressure mounts… can you stay calm, can you escape? $5 per game (onsite or online purchase)

Phobia

This intense fear inducing experience will take guests to levels that 13th Floor has never gone before… Guests will enter a maze in complete darkness and need to relying on their sense of sound, smell, and touch to make their way through physical challenges. Disclaimer: Staff will not touch guests, however, this interactive experience will require that guests use their hands to guide their way, walk, duck, step over, and squeeze through some strange spaces. This is a highly physical experience. Optional $8 Add on (online or onsite purchase)
